The new version includes Windows Server 2012, Visual Studio 2013 and SQL Server 2014 support, SB Messaging adapter, WCF –WebHttp, and SFTP adapters updates and HL7 accelerator updates. It is possible to upgrade to the new version if you are using any of the last two previous versions Biztalk 2010 and 2013, though a decision to upgrade does not always depend on the technical bit.
